Princeton University Football Team Visits Copeland (1)

 PRINCETON FOOTBALL TEAM COMES TO COPELAND 

The Princeton University Football Team and Coaches came to Copeland on Friday, December 6, 2024 to discuss what it means to be a scholar-athlete.  The team and coaches stressed the importance of good attendance, good citizenship and high expectations for academic achievement.  Each player talked to the 2nd and 3rd grade rewarded students about their career goals, working hard and teamwork to enhance future success.  Students participated in work out workout routines, and ran running and passing drills with the athletes.  Dr. Lloyd Price, a Princeton alumnus and member of Kappa Alpha Psi., Inc.was enthusiastically engaged with the students.  Miles Smith, Deputy Athletic Director and Anthony Frattone, Athletics Administrator, indicated that Princeton University appreciated the opportunity to support our students, and are making plans to make this event an annual opportunity for all to meaningfully connect.
